Shipping

 

  • Free UPS Ground shipping within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Same day shipping from Los Angeles, California if payment received before 12:00 pm PST Monday-Friday. No shipments on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipment transit time is 1-5 days (not including the ship date) depending on your location.

  • A tracking number will be provided by email when your order ships.

  • Next Day, Two Day, and Three Day shipping is available for most items. Please see the listing?s  ?Shipping and Payments? tab for pricing information.

  • California residents will pay applicable California sales tax

  • We do not ship to AK, HI, PR, P.O boxes, or APO/AFO addresses.

Please attach your phone number with your payment so that UPS can contact you if necessary.

Payments received before 3pm EST on standard business days will ship out on that day. We ship to physical addresses only via UPS (No PO Boxes, APO or AFO addresses). If the provided address is incorrect or deemed undeliverable by UPS, the buyer will be responsible for any additional fees to deliver the order. Any payments received after 3pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Items are shipped via UPS; a tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the items leave our warehouse.

Goldwood takes great care to package all larger items in double boxes to ensure safe delivery. In the event an item is damaged in transit, Goldwood must be contacted within 3 business days from date of delivery.  Goldwood will process a damage claim with UPS, the total contents and packaging are required to be made available for UPS to pick up. Goldwood will arrange for your product to be replaced, all damage claim replacements are shipped via UPS Ground.
