The outside flange is the perfect depth to match the thickness of your standard drywall
Mounts have a handy hook to tie off speaker wire until you are ready to connect speakers
Removeable plastic hole cover prevents debris from entering the cavity until installation
Hole size is 7.375" x 10.75" and designed for Theater Solutions TS65W and CS6W Speakers
